Who packaged the item? What is the perceived reason for claim assistance? Was it insured? If not professionally packaged, how exactly was it packaged; ie: box rating/condition, distance to carton wall, internall padding material, etc. What was the insured amount, if any? What did the claim results state on the UPS evaluation sheet? Simply put, did the packaging meet industry guidelines used by all carriers for safe transit and enable claim approval in the event of damage?
Most people have had a dose of another person.... the irrationally barking, continuing to do so nonstop, spewing crude language as though it creates credibility.... all while they were not entitled to their demands. If a person has a legitimate complaint, none of that behavior is necessary. Unfortunately for this complaint, the possibility of that very behavior is introduced here by the complaitant, as apparent hysterics were all that mattered.

She also contacted the corp office and used very abusive hysterical language with them also
Our store has an wonderful reputation and its sad that a person like this customer has access to continue her abusive behavior when were trying to help her
We will continue to help process her claim with UPS and hopefully won't have to deal with her ever again
Her report is also filled with inaccurate accusations
I'm certain many others have had the same experience with her
