They actually mislead authors like me up to the last minute. They obviously knew what they are contemplating: finding excuse after excuse, and then- silence. No answers to the phone calls, e-mail, messages...
No information what they are up to this time either.
It is beyond shame how they fulled customers and pulled payments for their so-called service, not only acting as thieves but wasting our time in expectation that we will get our work done.
