I had placed an order for my wife Christmas present on the 15 of December 2008 or close to this date. Anyway I had paid for Express shipping which was $16.99 to receive the order by the 22 of Dec. Of course the order was ordered on line. See Below:

The 22 of Dec. came and went and I did not receive a call or email to tell me why my order had not been process. I called Customer service and they blamed everything on UPS, but I held my guns and got a refund of my shipping cost. I again ask if I should cancel the order or will it get to my home by Christmas? I was told my package would be redelivered at 9:00 am on the morning of the 24th. I wondered how in the world, could she know that. So I didn't cancel the order and Guess what that morning of the 24th came and went!!
Again no phone calls or email..... I sent an email stating how troubled I was and wanted some answers. I got back an email telling me again it wasn't the company's fault it was shipping so I would be only charged ground on shipping instead. I laugh because I have been given back all of my shipping beforehand. So I email again stating I am still not happy my package was late and it affected Christmas for my Wife, They needed to do something else. This last email was unanswered of course.
