Hi,

I went to website www.AllureBridals.com website sometime on June 24, 2013 and found my dream dress Style # C208. On this website there is a tab "Where to Buy". I clicked on that tab and type in my zip code. Then a list of bridals boutiques appeared. I called all of them to see if they had the dress Style #C208. Judy from The Wedding Dress Bridal called me back and said that she can order the dress and sell it to me for ONLY $1000 and I would receive it in two months! I thought my dream came true!

I couldn't believe it! I went ahead and agreed to meet her at her office which was at the time in Temecula at address 42072 5th St. 105A Temecula, CA 92590 and 28545 Old Town Front Street Temecula, CA 92590. Her Office was seperate from her "so called" Bridal Boutique which was so small that it looked like a closet.

She only had like 3 wedding bridal dresses and 10 boxes of shoes and a couple of veils... There was probably a few more accessories but that was it. I wasn't impressed but i thought she was so nice and helpful and since she said that she can order my dress for cheaper beating the other wedding boutiques asking price which was the retail cost was around $1750.00 I believe.

I wrote Judy Nickles a check the same day as the 1st visit on June 27, 2013, because she said she didn't accept credit cards and she gave me a written receipt. The next day she cashes the check. The night before she cashed the check and when I got home I decided to look up her reviews online. Some clients were complaining that they never received their wedding dress or veil and some said that they received a knock off.

Immediately, I was concerned and consulted with my husband that same night. The next day I decided to call my bank to stop payment on the check but it was already too late. She didn't waste anytime cashing the check in. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt so I called her and text her and she ensured me that my dress will be authentic and by allure and I will receive it in two months.

Two months went by and so I call and text her again sometime in August to find out where my dress is. She said that it will take three months instead of two months. Then I text her in September and asked her when I should expect my dress. She said two more months.

It's January 2014 and I still haven't received my dress! I found more reviews on Yelp, Rip-off Report and etc. That I just confirmed my doubts about her and her business.

As I am writing this I went to the Allure Bridals website again and The Wedding Dress Bridal website is still on their page as a recommended bridal boutique that is close to my zip code, however, The Wedding Dress Bridal has moved to a new location. The address is 119 N. Main Street #D Fallbrook, CA 92028. New phone number 951-834-3174. Im writing this to report her and her fraudualnt activities. This is not the way to run a business stealing peoples money, being deceptive and moving once they figure out she is a FRAUD!

Judy Nickles,

 

I found your information on www.Allurebridals.com webpage and your website is not even on their webpage. So when I called you and asked if you had the Allure Bridal dress style number C208, you said no, but you can order it for $1000, which was less than the original cost of $1573.00. To be honest I was sold on the price and which in many cases of brides try to save a little bit of money here or there. I assure you I could have afforded to pay for the authentic dress and which I did since receiving a cheaply made bridal dress that you may have made or ordered through some foreign country with cheap material. This dress was hideous and NOT what I ordered. I wouldn't even cared if you gave me a used dress as long as I received the dress I ordered. There are several complaints about you and your business on Yelp. I am not alone on this. You tell brides you can order the real dress for a cheaper price but turn aroud and sell them a knockoff or none at all. That is very cruel. It took www.Allurebridals.com to step in and mediate the problem because I found you through their webpage for you to send me a the knockoff dress, and when I received the dress it was shoved (not even folded) in a office depot box with no garment bag protecting the dress. I had to purchase the authentic dress through another bridal shop that www.AllureBridals.com knew was authorized to sell their bridal gowns and carried my dress style in their shop. You, Judy Nickles are not authorized to sell their Allure Bridal gowns. I was informed by Jackie - Customer Service Manager from Allure Bridal that you are only authorized to sell their Allure Bridesmaid dresses. That is where you take advantage. If more people complain about how you run your business the better. I am not going to let your insults hurt me. I believe in justice. I believe that people should run a business with integrity and honesty. That is the best way to gain positive feedback for your business. Its that easy.People do not write negative reviews and lie about businesses for fun.

 

To all the brides that have fallen victim and lured in by www.AllureBRidals.com and found Judy Nickles and her business on it such as,  Judy Nickles DBA The Wedding Dress Bridal, DBA Wedding Dresses of Temecula, and DBA Brittany's Bridal & Tux's, pleasse contact Jackie - Customer Service Manager  901-384-2820. Address 3190 New Brunswick Road Bartlett, Tennessee 38133. If anyone had a similar story as mine, complain about Judy Nickles and her fraudulant activities on Yelp and here. The more Allure Bridal will be aware of her and hopefully there will be justice.
