Since, November, 2010 Rolando Domingo, hereinafter referred as a Guest Service Agent for The Westin San Francisco Airport Hotel, located in Millbrae, CA 94030 has been managing taxi/car and limousine bribery. The above-mentioned taxi/car and limousine bribery has stretched through out the city of San Francisco and the entire Bay Area as an organized crime. It is spreading its curtains and becoming more powerful, while remaining totaly unseen to the public and tourists. It is being ran by the Guest Service Agents, doorman and dispatchers. The motivation for the taxi/car and limousine bribery is obvious: the guest service agent are enriched by recieving a share of the drivers income, regardless of drivers "say so". Instead, drivers are being threatened, that they will lose a certain hotel or airport business. Rolando Domingo demands 33% of the driver's income. Since, victims-drivers fear the loss of the business, they haven't reported taxi/car and limousine bribery. I have overheard one of my relatives complaining regarding the loss of income to his wife, therefore I have started to research and investigate Rolando Domingo. In the process, I have discovered more and more corrupted doorman, guest service agents and dispatchers. I hope my report will affect the solution, which will put a stop to a law abided citizen, such as car & limo drivers in San Francisco, as well as the Bay Area.
