On September 15, 2012 went to The Balboa park Music festival in Encino, CA where there was no clear directions on parking, the wait with assign parking or pre paid was 2 to 5 hour waiting to get in was approximately 2 hours, the concert was 3 hours late not enough restrooms. No security. At least a 7 mile walk in an out of the concert. No headliner.. performers were not safe due to lack of security. Only a few porter pods for restroom.
