I have been signed up since April 2010 and my file is 2.5 inches thick with the same letters all claiming a section 609 complaint. I have followed through and submitted all letters and faxed in all correspondance to TFC and get nothing accomplished. TFC sends the same letters threatening legal action and the credit agencies just blow them off and send back the same generic letters claiming we havent submitted the proper documentation.
This guy Bruce McGinnis claims he has not lost a case, i guess im just the lucky one who he hasnt helped. Watch your money he will not call you back and will not refund you any money because you cant get ahold of him
