I heard nothing and finally got John Watts on the phone near the end of December. He promised to process a refund check for the $280. Owing.. No thing happened. I sent emails, left messages. no response. I was able to reach him again by phone and he expressed surprise that the check had not been sent. This was his story three times with his follow up story of I'll call the boss, The boss is fishing in Florida, and again I'm sorry and will call boss to see why check Was not sent. Four months have now elapsed since original promise to refund was made.
