my car was taken in the middle of the night , the tow truck smashed in the front of it , my things were thrown out of the car into my yard and now my insurance company thank god has repaired my car but when i went to payoff and redeem my car( the very next morning soon as the were open) they had "lost" it and had no idea where it was.after an entire day of searching they found my car at an undisclosed holding lot and someone had to drive it to another lot finchers on I-45. where i was able to redeem my car damaged and when i asked about the damage i was told to leave , not to mention my car was driven completely out of gas over 100 miles on top of being damaged. which now they claim is out of business when asked , but sure enough they answered the phone and wanted to sell me a car when i called the said out of business lot. and now they do not know who towed the car or drove it, or where it was held. i guess it magically took its self from my yard , on a joyride and to another lot. there is some covering up going on or they are uninsured and do not want to pay the losses. one thing i do have to say is the person that works in the office is very nice and i feel so bad for her that she is working for such an underhanded company that forces its employees to lie or withhold information. not to mention my keys were " lost" for over a month. i guess it was the magic car moving fairy that lost them.
