TheDVDPlanet.org And Universal Gift Adventures Same story as I've read from others. Ordered a DVD collection in November. They processed the credit card payment and I never got the dvds. So far, I've e-mailed them twice. First time, they calimed some kind of glitch with orders going to wrong addresses. They promised to re-ship. Another months has gone by and still no dvds. Sent another e-mail today, so far no response. Toronto Ontario Canada

Ordered a dvd collection on 4 Nov using a credit card. Received notification the order was processed and shipped 10 Nov and should arrive by 23rd. Order never arrived. E-mailed them on 29 Nov and received notification my order was re-shipped 30 Nov. They claimed some glitch resulting in orders shipped to wrong addresses. Reshipped order was supposed to arive by 8 Dec. Still have not received items and e-mailed them again (17 Dec).
