Thedvdplanet I ordered and paid for 'The Daria DVD Collection' on december 6th,2007 on behalf of my son and was told it was on its way. Then I receieved an email telling me that I would recieve a refund in full within 4-7 business days. this was on february 1st. They have not replied my many emails since.The puchase and postage amount I paid is USD $69.99 Internet

I purchased via their website from thedvdplanet.org a boxed set "The Daria DVD Collection" on December 6th, 2007 on behalf of my son. The amount cahrged to my credit card was USD $69.99. I recieved a message notifying me that my purchase was being processed. Dceember 10th, recieved email saying it had been sent. On January 8th, 2008 after I queried where my order was I recieved an email stating "We can reship you order express mail or we can cancel it, please let me know what you would like to do.
We are currently out of stock and wont have supply for about 2-3 weeks. So it will ship around Jan 16th and get there Jan 21st.'

After some time I emailed them again and got this "Your order has been refunded, the money will show up on your card in 4-7 business days.
We would reship another set to you, but we are having problems with our supplier.
If your still interested, please email us in 2-3 weeks to check in with us, regarding our supplier."on February 1st, 2008.

Since then I have sent numerous emails advising them that no such refunds have been made to my credit card. it seems that I have been scammed. This is my first time after many years of happy internet cruising. I can see by the number of complaints that I am one of many internationally that have been ripped off. I hope you barbeque the beggars.
