To anyone thinking of doing business with Thomas Carter or anything he has a hand in let me warn you he is a SCAMMER the next Burnie Madoff of San Diego Ca, this guy has flat out stole money from just about everyone. He uses convertable notes or will offer you high returns on your investment or stock options that are false and useless this low life preys on senior citizens and widowed women taking there money. Tom Carter or Thomas Carter or one of his many names he goes buy will hose you dry and suck every dollar you have out of you i tell yah stay away from this GUY he would sell his own MOM for a buck truth hurts Tommy boy. Im not here to slander Tom but rather tell the truth about him before he hurts anyone else and damages them financially like he did my family. It is a good idea to research a person before trusting them with your finances. All court documents are public record so anyone could go to www.sdcourt.cagov and go to accessing court records. They can put in a persons name and records of court cases are listed. Very helpful. They are also available in person at the court house in vista for the public to view.

I am Thomas Carter and I am responding to this posting because nothing in it is true. Everything in the posting is false and libelous. I have never been involved in an IPO scam, investment scam, oil drilling scam or medical device scam. I have never stolen money from anyone. I do not prey on senior citizens or widowed women. I have never accepted an investment from anyone who is not qualified to invest. The only name I have ever used is Thomas Carter. I do not know who is being referenced in this posting as being someone who has been stolen from.
