The company failed to ship the order as placed. When contacted, they shipped the remainder of the order after very unprofessionally handling the situation on the phone. Because the items were improperly shipped, we were unable to use the products and we returned them with a valid RMA #. They refuse to issue a refund (citing a return policy buried somewhere on their website) for completely unopened unused products. Even given the fact that it was their error, they still don't have the simple business ethics enough to issue a refund. Because of their unprofessionalism and errors, we can't use their business anymore. Only offering a credit, I explained this and they simply want to keep the money knowing that I can't order from their business anymore. They also charge over 300% more than their competitors for the same product which is likely why they want to keep the money.
They should use the money they stole from me to take some business ethics and professionalism courses.
