Yes that is corect, we are the victim of a company using this site as a form of extortion as we (Thompson Merchant Services), filed a complaint against them (Minds of Media) - here identifying themselves as "Real Business", initially (you can search for our orginal posts as proof) for poor and incomplete marketing services. They are responding by saying that our request for a refund is a "scam".

Furthermore the police was NEVER called on anyone from this company. This is a lie, if you search other sites like (((Redacted))) for "Minds of Media" you will see that other companies have had the same poor experience with them, have filed complaints, and have had lies told on them by Minds of Media. There are at least 3 other reports from this company (Minds of Media), saying that they had to call the police on former clients.

None of this is true and it's unfortunate that our request for a refund has resulted in a false claim that will not be removed by RipoffReport due to their "No Removal" policy.

USED TO BE THAT THE MOBSTERS OF THE OLD DAYS WOULD GO BY TO SMALL BUSINESSES AND MERCHANTS THREATENING BAD THINGS TO HAPPEN TO THEIR BUSINESS UNLESS THEY PAID INSURANCE TO THE MOBSTERS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE BAD THINGS DID NOT HAPPEN.

THIS WAS EXTORTION AND IT IS AGAINST THE LAW.

NOW YOU HAVE SCUMBAGS TRYING TO LIBEL HONEST MERCHANTS AND DESTROY THEIR BUSINESSES UNLESS THEY PAY MONEY TO THEM. THIS NEW MOBSTER EXTORTION EXTENDS TO ATTEMPTING TO FILE FALSE FINANCIAL CLAIMS AGAINST YOUR BUSINESS TO THREATENING TO DESTROY THE GOOD WILL YOU HAVE MADE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND IN GENERAL TRYING TO RUIN YOU ANY WAY THEY CAN WHEN YOU REFUSE TO PAY THEIR PROTECTION OR INSURANCE MONEY.

JUST CONTACT THE MAJOR CREDIT REPORTING COMPANIES AND TELL THEM WHAT IS GOING ON AND HAVE THEM PUT A FRAUD ALERT OUT ON THESE CREEPS.

AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

TELL OTHER MERCHANTS WHAT THEY ARE ALL ABOUT SO THEY WON'T GET BURNED LIKE YOU DID.

This is a rebuttal/false claim complaint made by "Minds of Media" - a marketing and ad design firm that already had complaints made against them on this website. If you find the original complaints made against them you will see that they were all made long before this complaint. Also if you search for other complaints made by this "company" on other complaint sites you will see that they have filed complaints against others who have made complaints against "Minds of Media".

So this is a clear case of a false report/rebuttal made by a fraudulent company who felt that it would be better to launch false claims instead of addressing the complaints made on this site against them.
