Received no services as described and received so many email dunning notices I ended up paying twice.
Despite several email inquiries for which I received a ticket # (ha ha), I received not one response.
I followed the suggested steps with no support or advice and was found guilty.
Advice: be well prepared for traffic court. Photos, list of questions for the officer,
list of points, and have a pad and pencil ready to take notes of the
officer's testimony.
The reality is traffic court is not a venue for amateurs. You probably will lose. The judge is facing a court room audience and the burden of proof is yours despite what the law says. You must shred the officer's testimony or you will lose.
