After seeing one of Ticket Busters ads I contacted them, At which time the rep never indicated to me their terms and conditions, nor did she advise me of any cancellation policy. I gave her my credit card to start their process and she told me forms would be e-mailed for my signature. I received the forms and noticed one thing she did not mention was along with thereturn of forms I also needed to pay the bail on the ticket. I immediately phoned her back and told her I didn't have monies for their fee and the bail. She of course was rude and not all helpful. I told her I wanted to cancel at which time advised me of the no cancel policy. I told her it was within two hours and I had not signed or had them do one thing. I contacted my credit card and immediately started a dispute charge. My credit card agreed with my complaint and removed the charge, however ticket busters sent them 4 pages of their policies (mind you these were not never shown to me ). My credit card sent me the copies saying they would have to put back the charge. In the paperwork their President attached a letter quoting California Business Code 6420(a) stating consumers have 24 hours to cancel servces provided by any legal document assistances. I cancelled within 2 hours and sent all documents showing that to them. When I called back again after receiving this letter, their response was there was nothing they could do. They did absouletly nothing for me nor providing any service, I still had to pay me ticket and deal with that on my own. I asked the woman how do you wake up with yourself everyday and she said nothing, This Company is nothing but a RIP Off
