Very friendly female assured me seats would be good seats because I was paying for Dress Circle and $$ amount sort of implied that I would have tickets somewhere in the middle. I paid $108 per ticket. For two tickets the $$ amount added up to $276.00 with everything included.
When I actually received the tickets, it says right on them that the tickets are worth $62.50 each. and they are right on the aisle.
Neeless to say, I can't get back to them to complain, not that it would do any good. I'm out of money and am furious.

I think even for this type of venue, the seat numbers should be given at time of purchase.
I in no way would have ordered tickets On the Aisle at any time no matter the price.
The fact that you don't mention seat numbers is just for circumstances like this.
People like me who don't realize that there are venue's like this.
I thought I was dealing with the same type of venue I had dealt with numerous times in the past.
The only reason I decided to make a phone call instead was because I didn't have time to fool around with the internet trying to figure out which web site to click on.
This venue takes advantage of people like me.
And how dare you be so condesending.
And I say to that 'Shame on You'. And that is how that works!
You've got to be kidding me. You assumed that your seats would be in the middle because of the dollar amount? That has to be the most ridiculous logic I've heard in a long time. I find it very interesting that you don't mention asking the very friendly female where the seats were located. In the future, that will probably work better than your current method.
" I paid $108 per ticket. For two tickets the $$ amount added up to $276.00 with everything included. When I actually received the tickets, it says right on them that the tickets are worth $62.50 each. "
That is the face value of the tickets, which is the price you pay if you buy directly from the venue. If you choose to deal with a ticket broker (as most people must do when "time is short"), you pay what the market (or your wallet) will bear.
The tickets are actually worth $108 because that is what the broker was able to sell them for. See how that works?
