I ordered Justin Bieber tickets in June of 2012 from Ticket Liquidators that in turn sold the tickets to Tickets In Time.  They sent me an email stating that my tickets will arrive no later than October 9, 2012.  I contacted Tickets In Time prior to October 9th just to see if my tickets will arrive on time, they assured me that they would arrive on time. 

October 9th came and went, so I called them again.  They told me to give them another week and they assured me that my tickets would arrive before the event.  The week of the event, I was getting very nervous and so I called them once again.  They then told me that the company who prints the tickets have not contacted them but they were going to talk to them the next day...blah blah blah...  I contacted Ticket Liquidator and told them what was going on.  They also assured me that I would recieve my tickets on time.  

I received an envelope in the mail on Friday, October 19th..one day before the event, a credit card and a letter, telling me that my tickets will be at the will call box office at the Target Center the day of the event and if I had any problems, to give the box office person that credit card and that will show that I have paid for two tickets for the show.  There was also an emergency number to call if there were problems. 

My 13-year-old daughter and I head to the event, get to the will call box office, and low and behold, the tickets were NOT there.  The lady and her supervisor had never seen a credit card like Tickets in Time sent me.  My tickets were not there. 

I called the emergency number on the letter that was sent to me and got a voice mail message, I left 2 very mean messages.  I then called my fiance and told him what was going on, he in turn wanted to call that number too.  Both him and I called the number time after time until someone answered the phone.  The lady that I talked to could not find my order number or my name in her system, my blood was boiling!   My fiance got ahold of a so-called supervisor at Tickets In Time and told him that he had better  call me ASAP because my daughter and I were standing outside of the Target Center waiting for a response.  

The supervisor called me back and told me that my tickets had been cancelled for some unknown reason???  He then told me to walk a few blocks to a Raddision Hotel and find Stub Hub in this hotel, where he bought 2 tickets that were not the same tickets and weren't as good as the tickets I had bought in the first place.  On top of that, I had to pay for a cab ride to find the Raddision Hotel!!

I did end up getting tickets, but they weren't as good and I paid more for the tickets I bought from them.  This was an awful experience and I wanted everyone to know about it so they don't get scammed by this company! Tickets In Time needs to be shut down!!!  They are making tons of money on our expense!!! 

I am also filing a complaint with the Attoryney General for Nebraska on these people.  I would encourage anyone else who sees this and has been scammed by this company to do the same.
