On Sept 14, 2012, we purchased 4 tickets for Bob Dylan & Mark Knopfler performing on Nov 21 at the Barclays Center in NY for $1224.36 (Amex charge). I was directed online to http://official-online-tickets.net/ where we found 4 tickets and went ahead and purchased them. I was not aware that they brokered my sale to a 3rd party vendor, Tickets In Time (http://tixintime.com/). To make a long story short, they charged our Amex. We never received tickets. They don't answer our calls or emails. Tina, Jordan, AJ, Ernesto, they throw you around when you actually get through - tip, use a different phone number each time you call back otherwise they won't pick up. However, it seems odd that the same 4 tickets we purchased are listed on the official-online-tickets.net site now at $1000 per ticket (ours were $239 + $63.34 service charge per ticket and we even paid $15 for standard delivery). Seems like they are trying to double sell the tickets to the highest payer. Oh an about 20 minutes ago, we finally got our first call from them offering us crappy seats - not the floor seats we originally purchased. Another tip, don't believe them when they say they will email you PDF tickets, you then get an email saying there were "glitches" during the bulk emails being sent. And don't believe them when they say tickets may be at will-call. Called the box office, they have never heard of this company and there are no tickets at will-call. At this point, we are frustrated with the lack of customer service, disappointed that we got scammed, extremely hurt and have to now cancel hotel reservations and tell my sons that we're not going to the show - which was supposed to be a Thanksgiving gift. Do not ever do business with Tickets In Time! They are scammers!
