Tickets in Time Online we paid $125.00 for tickets and they sent $40.00 seats after 5 p.m. the day before, obstructed view as well. Omaha, Nebraska

We paid $125 apiece for three theatre tickets to see a Broadway show. The originally sent seats, then called stating that they were re-sending tickets as the originals had obstructed views (we later learned this was false). The original tickets were priced at $125.00; then after 5 p.m. the day before the performance, we were sent a voucher and instructed to go to will-call to get the tickets. The new seats were priced at $40.00 and the view was obstructed.
We called and were told the $85.00 difference between what we paid and the price of the seats was a service charge.
Avoid this company at all costs!!!!
