Tickets in Time, Tickets in Time 2 Ripoff, scam, crooks, Internet

I bought tickets to a theater production in March 2012 from a website which I thought was the official website of the venue.  Once I entered my credit card information, I received an email that my tickets, which were supposed to be in the orchestra section of the venue, would be provided by Tickets in Time 2 within two days of the show in January 2013.  All of this made me nervous and suspicious that I had been scammed.

After dozens of phone calls with promises of tickets coming in the next day and promises of return phone calls, my husband was told by AJ, that they couldn't get ahold of their vendor.  They planned to buy us back up tickets and a partial refund.  They finally emailed us these back up tickets half an hour before they turn their phones over to the after hour service.  The tickets that we were given were second to the back row all the way over on the side.  I called back to complain, was put on hold and then hung up on repeatedly until all that I received was the after hour service.

My husband got on the phone, got the emergency # for AJ and AJ eventually offered to refund us fees so that we would have paid $100/ticket.  That refund of fees never happened.  If you look online, you'll see that the Better Business Bureau gives this company an F.
