I bought 5 tickets to Nebraska/Kansas foootball game for $911.95, (face value $450.00) I was suppose to get tickets for sec 23 row 14 on the Nebraska side, my tickets were to come approximately one week prior to game, three days before game I was called that I would have to pick tickets up at stadium at Will Call and was refunded 14.95 for shipping, when I picked my tickets up they were not what I ordered, but sec 3 row 3 on opposite side of field, I tried turning them back in at stadium but they said I bought them from a third party and there was nothing they could do, I went to game and had to watch most of the game on big screen in endzone because from only three rows up and closer to endzone we could not see the field, I called ticketsnow the following day and finally talked with someone with broken english and after a call back from them he said they were considering it an upgrade and would do nothing which was nothing but a joke, I looked at the same tickets when buying the ones I wanted and seen that they were of lesser value, the company is a total rip-off, I would not of went to the game knowing I would have to sit where I did, I should of gotten a cash settlement from them in all fairness but didn't. Do not go through them or ticketmaster or frontrowseats, they are all connected!!!!!!!!
