Purchased 4 2-day base tickets for universal Orlando. I was able to use 1 day at universal, but couldn't use 2nd day for islands of adventure. Why you may ask? Because the gov.rick Scott issued a state of emergency and they was a hurricane watch for Orlando among other cities. The day at universal was awesome because the hurricane hadn't reached Orlando yet and the weather was great. I planned to stay in Orlando for 4 days. I couldn't go anywhere else the rest of the days because the weather was extreme. I emailed Ticketsatwork to ask for a partial refund for the unused day, and they refused. It's hard to believe that they couldnt refund my 211.09, because I didnt want to endanger my family and take them to a theme park in the middle of a hurricane. I only got a discount of $10, and it was so not wor the hassle and being subject to a very non-consumer friendly return policy.
