Ticketsnow Fraudulent non entry tickets. They were guarenteed for entry they used a bad credit card to purchase Chicago Illinois

They were non entry tickets, we were informed that the original purchaser used a bad credit card. Another couple had the same seats on there tickets and the same problem. With a cost of 250.00 between travel and parking etc to not attend a concert of our dreams. A credit of the price of the tickets and a 25.00 credit to future purchases does not show that they are a reputable company that stands behind their guarentee.
When I ordered I was under the impression that the tickets were in Canadian dollars but when all was said and done a 22 percent exchange rate applied as well. I never got ripped of so well by crooks let along a reputable company.
