Here is what was sent to me after I inquired why Tico Decorations told me I absolutely could not order another set of dinnerware after the ones I ordered were all broken during shipping, and I found that they still were advertising the same sets on their web. I asked them, and they said that they hadn't updated their page yet, but the dinnerware sets were backordered for anyone who wanted them. I responded by saying that they told me THEY WERE NO LONGER BEING MADE AND THE SETS THAT WERE BROKEN WERE ABSOLUTELY THE LAST ONES! It also took a month of hounding them to get my money refunded.

This whole e-mail you wrote me is a crock. And it is a piss poor excuse for your company. YOU TOLD ME THERE WERE NO MORE PATTERNS OF THE COW DINNERWARE. YOU TOLD ME THE THREE SETS THAT WERE BROKEN WERE ABSOLUTELY THE LAST ONES.
You did NOT tell me sets were backordered and more would be coming in. As a matter of fact, I said to keep the money for when more sets came in, and I was told that they were DISCONTINUED.
I should not have to be e-mailing you this either, lier.

I ordered something from Tico about 4 months ago . After not receiving it after about 3 weeks, I called them . They told me it was on back order, and they would be getting it in on Friday and shipping it out. Never received it .

THIS BUYER HAS SPENT SO MUCH TIME FILING AND HARRASING OUR COMPANY THA TIS UNBELIVABLE. I THINK SHE SHOULD SEEK MEDICAL HELP.
