At the beginning of November I ordered a bench and table from Tidewater Workshop.  Received their confirmation email on 11/2.  A few weeks later I called to ask about delivery and was told it would be around December 2nd.  Meanwhile, my credit card has been charged !  

I called this morning and was told "sorry; but it won't go out until the end of next week".  'Don't they know what customer service and courteousness is all about ?  I asked her if they couldn't have sent an email explaining the delay in delivery.

It seems futile;  I sent an email to the CEO.  I told him I want an expected delivery date or a full refund, including delivery charges.  I have a bad feeling about this one. I'd ordered from them many years ago, with no problems.

There was some confusion regarding Ms. Tullar's communication when she initiated multiple phone calls on 12/13/11 referring to multiple email requests that she also made on 12/13/11. She then created an inaccurate posting on this website on 12/13/11. There was some legal paperwork exchanged. Ms. Tuller's order was refunded and canceled.
