Here is the final outcome of this. After Purchase of the dog for 3500 plus shipping plus vet bills my total investment in this dog that was supposed to be good for breeding was $4000. I was able to find him a pet home and sold him for $150. Tiffany has ripped off multiple people and is currently banned from the AKC. This information can be obtained from the AKC to verify it. She has had at least one lawsuit against her and I have heard of others in the works. Buyer beware if you buy from this rip off artist it's up to you but you have been warned.

First of all, I am really not sure why everyone is so afraid to mention that I am not the breeder of the dog that Zane bought. I bought the dog from Kathy Leger of Lafayette LA. He came to me at 17 months of age. I received the vet check that she had done on him that was done 3 months prior to him being shipped to me. I never really questioned the vet check as my vet didn't see a problem with either of his knees. Zane failed to have him vet checked when he arrived in Washington within a 2-4 day window of time but instead bred him to not only one of his females that was in heat, but two females that were in heat. Then after 2.5 weeks of having the dog, he then starts claiming that he has bad patellas. I also know that without having them checked by a licensed vet who knows how to certify patellas, vets that only do routine vet work only take a guess at what the patellas are rated. With that said if the dog had such poor knees then why was that not addressed within the first 24 to 48 hours of the dog being in his possession. My knowledge of this is that Zane only wanted to get the dog there and have him bred to the two dogs that were both carriers of chocolate and parti in which the dog he bought was a parti that carried for chocolate, so that he could get CHOCOLATE PARTIS himself. I offered many ways to rectify the situation although I did not feel that it was my responsibility to do so. I offered another puppy, stud service to my other males and also offered him a partial refund on the dog if he were to return the dog to me immediately. He did not stay in touch with me only to contact me 2 months later to try and clear this up. By then I was not sure how many other dogs he had bred this dog to and also what the dog had been exposed to. He then called threatening physical violence and that is not something that I will tolerate. I will handle things in a professional manner and not with threats or violence.

She asked if I needed a vet health check for shipping. This is not the same as a full vet check. I have all conversations with her recorded and will gladly email them to anyone who requests them. Tiffany was specifically ask about patellas. Stage 3 luxating patellas means the patella is permanently dislocated and will not stay in place ever. I even provided a vet document on this to Tiffany. It is my understanding that she was already taken to court one time in Utah and it should be easy to look up in the public record.

Zane Berthelson is falsely accusing me of selling him this dog knowing he had anything wrong with him at all. I gave Zane Berthelson the option of getting him a Health Certificate and Vet Check before leaving here. Zane Berthelson refused saying he didn't need one and that the dog would be flying by courier so he didn't need a crate or a Health Certificate. I offered again to have the dog Vet checked, Zane Berthelson asked how his knees were and I told him what I knew from the breeder that bred him and I bought him from had told me and that was the dog had a stage one luxating patella on one side. I have the Vet report from that breeder that verifies that. I only had this dog less than 10 months.  Zane Berthelson is claiming he got charged shipping for the dog which is a blatant lie. After  Zane Berthelson received the dog  Zane Berthelson immediately bred the male to 2 females without having him checked by a vet himself.  Zane Berthelson wants me to give him a refund and still be able to register and sell the pups out of this male. I feel like this was Zane Berthelson's plan all along, because this male is a parti that carries for chocolate and he bred him to his females that are chocolate parti carriers.
