I placed an order with them on 12-8-12, it is 3-27-13 and i'm still waiting on my rebate from them now, after calling them and getting hung up on when they tell you they are putting you on hold! As an american with disabilities i have never had any company take this long to send any rebate back to me, as well as a very vocal person they knew i wasn't happy at all with them. I have been getting Tracking numbers from the main company nuance@hel?p.4myrebate?.com since 2-20-13 and called them as well who told me to call Tiger. Fed up and ticked off.
