On 6-17-06 via VISA and WWW I bought Offer No. TD-2733 Cash Reward $50.00, Details: Samsung DVD-VR325 DVD/VCR Player/Recorder Refub. As directed I went to; ON REBATE and tried to register for my rebate. I could not enter more than the area code of my phone number and as the complete phone number is required to register I could not register. I e-mailed my salesperson at Tiger direct asking for help and he said the only help he could give was their phone number: I called and got a message machine so I stated the problem,left my address and phone number and requested they assist me in registering for my rebate. I have tried to register four times since then and see the same problem. I have printed copies of everything I have told you here except for the phone call if it is of any help.

Different computer had separate blocks for each part of the phone number and worked fine, however when I tried to proceed the computer would not get a new page.After about 30 minutes I was tring again and I got a message that my E-mail had been received already and I should not try to register again. Problem was no form to mail in with bar code. When closing out various windows I clicked on one and the form started being printed so I do now have one to mail in. Nice since I have not wasted more than three hours trying to get my rebate properly processed. Thanks for being there anyway. I hope this information is of help to someone. I have copied the various pages and even got some I didn't want to copy. If they are of use to anyone let me know. Sincerely
