I learned the hard way after following their tedious system of rebate application. I was denied my rebate, that's it, I have no avenue for justification, and I lose the money and they keep it.
Tried four separate communications with all the same reply "rebate denied".
I have dealt with numerous companies with rebates in the past, this is the first time I have felt "ripped off".
