I had purchased an Asus TF700T Bundle (ASUS TF700C1GR) on 12/11/12 from tigerdirect and was told it is in stock, therefore I ordered and requested next day air. Next day I received the tablet however no dock, called and inquired and was told that unfortunately it was back ordered and then on the 19th of Dec was told that Asus was no longer manufacturing this and therefore could not be fulfilled which after talking with Asus that this was simply not the case. After several calls over the next couple weeks to check status on 12,24 received email on status of order stating that the dock had been cancelled on the 19th. Called on 12/24 and was hung up on. Called on 12/26 and was told that they would not be able help in anyway, rep stated that he apologizes but can't help me. As a long time customer of tigerdirect I was disappointed at the rudeness of the reps and that they would outright lie about the item and it's availablity. Andre at Asus was kind enough to provide me with the details of finding the product and would forward the report of tigerdirect's comments and actions. Order number was J2504425 and item was listed with item number A50-101306. Tigerdirect's actions have at this point cost them a good customer. When you order something in a bundle and are told that item is in stock you should receive, if you don't have it don't misrepresent the facts and charge the customer which at this point they still have not refunded the cost. I have reported here and will do so at the local BBB as well.
