He gains your trust and then he baits his victims using his website where he advertises his 5 CD box set for set. He offers you the 'opportunity' to invest with a 20% limited partnership return. He gets the initial investment and then when AMEX freezes your account and the deal cannot be completed in the installments he had convinces you would happen, he asks for another credit card so that he can use "his" cash to finish the deal -otherwise he will lose his "Masters" and the deal will go bad if Neoflix get suspicious there is a funding problem. Later, once he had taken ALL the money and made excuse after excuse as to why he wouldnt pay it back, I discovered that Mr. Blair does even have the rights to at least one of the CD's in the set - Penicillin On Wax. Sony Music has the rights. He is a scam artist and picks victims out of state so that the law will not want to pursue him. He will also threaten you if you suggest you are going to go to the police. He also tried to get me to buy property after the music investment - to get a 'kick back'. I believe he has many fraudulent practices going on.
