Tim Kuntz Healthy Products LLC Fraudster who cheats employees and steals from consumers Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania

Tim Kuntz--who is heavily in debt to the IRS and Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and First Trade Union Bank--wrestled control of a once popular collection of websites to perpetuate a series of crimes against anyone these businesses may touch.

Under the guise of a company called Healthy Products LLC  (or Orderfit), Tim Kuntz is continuing engaging in deception and fraud against both his customers, his creditors and his former employees who he refuses to compensate. Orders will be charged and not shipped or refunded. Vendors are being strung along with promises of eventual payments which will never materialize. Former employees are being dragged through the local courts in order to be compensated for months of work, costing them thousands of dollars.

The entire operation is a de facto front for USA Sports LLC (AKA Muscle Foods USA, LLC). They collect the money, they pack the orders (maybe), they do the customer service, and they pay Tim Kuntz for deceptively squeezing profit out of consumers, vendors and employees his front interacts with.
