A hearing was held on August 2, 2010 and on August 6th the findings of the hearing were that the money was owed to the claimant by Classic, a holding of Mr.Tim Owen.
On August 18th of 2010 a Demand For Payment was sent for the wages earned to Classic and to date it has been ignored by Mr. Owens and his company.
