Not sure why; I guess it gains trust from their marks, making it easier to fleece them out of money. If I ever start one of these rackets, I'm going to name it "Whited Sepulchre Products".

I've learned that it's usually not a good idea to respond to internet junk, but because the source of these reports is someone I care deeply about - and the claims are so grievous - I decided that it is best to at least try to set the record straight before I move on with life, never to return to these sad posts again:

1.  While I don't claim to be a perfect guy, I do fully acknowledge Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. I know we are saved by grace through faith in what He did in paying for my sins and yours, and I am very thankful for the amazing grace that God has so freely given.  I also know that God's gift is not a license to harm others, and though I have fallen short in many areas of my life, I truly love other people and strive always to make good decisions and be the best man I can be everyday. I have never been asked to leave any church, and I am involved in church and ministry to this day.

2.  I have never ever harmed my ex-wife in any way, we are good friends to this day, and likely will be for the rest of our lives. I wish her the best in all that she does and will always help her in any way I can.

3. I did have a minority interest in an online shopping company that failed due primarily to technology problems in our core system, which was developed by a 3rd party provider.  I did not start the company, though I did believe in it and we all worked valiently to try and make it work. Yes, many of the investors lost their investments in that company...myself certainly included.  As for Dave Mittler, who was just one of the investors in the company, I've always found him to be a good man that really cares for people.  Unfortunately, not all businesses workout as planned, and this was one that didn't. It was an expensive failure, but an invaluable lesson.

4.  I am currently involved with just one company that distributes good and healthy products at good prices that people love.  I have never been involved with any "ponzy" scheme, and am a board member in good standing with the MLMIA - a well known industry trade association that actively works against ponzy schemes and money games.

5.  I was not even remotely involved with the "downfall" of Lexxus International, which is still very much alive as a fully viable and growing publically traded company.  In fact, the company (NHTC) announced 33 percent growth in it's last quarter.

6.  In all my life, my biggest run ins with the law have been a few traffic tickets spread over many years.  Life isn't always easy, but I know that the golden rule makes it alot easier.

Estranged wife or no, this guy seems to enjoy separating fools from their money, as it seems he has been involved in a lot of MLMs. I have no idea if he beat his wife, or cheated on her, or whatever. My bet is she did not mind him fleecing the poor and uneducated while she was with him. 

Unfortunately, all of the false and hurtful reports filed in this series to date were filed by my wife. Regretfully, we are in the process of some very painful proceedings regarding our family.  She is apparently not happy with the outcome, and it seems that something within her has caused her to lash out and slander me, and by extension her own family, on the internet with these knowingly false and misleading statements.

A seasoned CON in all areas of life.  Research this man before doing business with him. He uses numerous corporations out of Nevada that are revoked as his business entities. IRS has placed liens on him because of failure to file tax returns for over 10 years. He now is scamming people with DrinkAct, another Home Based business. An Internet  Scam Artist throughout Japan,
New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Tonga, Canada, and the US. He also represents himself as a consultant to the network marketing industry through a larger consulting company. Anyone hiring this man should beware of losing their intellectual  and proprietary properties.  He recently shut down his last ponzy scheme as owner of ShopBest.com.
The founders of SHOPBEST have a history of embezzlement according to  Google.  Just Google David Mittler  and youll find very disturbing information regarding fraud investments associated with him. Google the  others founders as well and learn who youre dealing with here.  NUMEROUS complaints about this company.
 He and he partners in Shopbest also stole large investment dollars from a well known speaking figure when they knew all along they were going to dissolve the company.  He was involved with the downfall of Lexxus International  He preys on good people, promoting himself as a christian and as a minister.  This man is NO Christian or Minister!  In fact, he was asked to leave the church in California based on his adultery & physical abuse toward his wife. He also has not paid his ex-wife her
court ordered alimony while earning immense dollars. There are numerous  women that he has engaged in promiscuous & adulterous behaviors in his network marketing companies while married. Primarily the top earners.This man has no conscience. He utilizes the bible as a manipulation tool.

His pattern of business is to promotes through webinars, promising to give incentive trips, laptops and other gifts in exchange for your sign up and investment of a large package to purchase products.  These incentives are not delivered. High Ranks and bonuses are not given.  He also cross recruits and has numerous positions in companies under  bogus corporations. And he has numerous positions in other MLM companies at the same time. Completely illegal.  He also shares positions with other people to hide earnings under JST Growth LLC.
