Tim Walker of Center Chemical Sent to them money gram card for $89.00 backgroung check. Asked 2 go 2 CVS/Rite Aid internet

Tony, you need to get ready to wear that sassy orange jumpsuit again...the angry victims of your scam are reaching critical mass and last time that happened you went to jail. Now that was a lot of fun, wasn't it??

Got a call from a Tim Walker [aka Billy Jackson and many others] stating that he was from the HR dept of Center Chemicals and that he  was responding to my resume that he has seen on Monster.com and  , career builder and even read parts to me. Sounded very convincing, said his company wanted to hire me for bio hazard clean up at $17 hr and would go up after certified. talked to him a couple of times and had me convinced , then the $89 fee for background check came up but i would not be paying his company but a independent one through Wal-Mart, CVS or rite aid. Went to pay with a money gram card to a account but couldn't check when I was there because  he was on the phone with me.

I should of went with my gut but was thinking about how good the job sounded after being out of work now for almost a year. I had check the internet and BBB and couldn't find anything. I even saw this web site but didn't scroll all the way to the bottom .I got taken and I hope this help someone else. Told me that this was the LAST DAY to be considered for the job ... called me after business hrs. so that I could not confirm with the place that he/she referred me to for drug testing.

NOTE: When i did check with the place that he/she sent me to for the drug test, they had NO ACCOUNT with "Center Chemicals". I did do a search on his name and got a HIT on a site this site and I posted a comment and he called me the next day saying that the legal team found the comment ... he/she became very confrontational.

Whatever I can do to help get this ... person, count me in!!! I'm still out of work and I've nothing better to do right now other than to make putting him/her BACK behind bars and make him/her a feature report on Dateline and 20/20!!!

Went to my scheduled drug test at the site "Mr.   Walker" sent me to. They had not received ANY notice to expect me. They
 looked in their data base for an account being opened by "Center   Chemicals" or a "TIM WALKER" ... Nothing. Then, the person looking   up the account asked me an interesting question: She asked if I meant to say   "CITCO  Environmental/Chemicals? I said, No. Then I asked why. She told   me that the very thing has been happening to a number of people who are told   to send in money by way of cash card at CSV, Rite-Aid, and WAL-Mart for   background checks to secure a job offer as a chemical clean up assoc.

Not only is this Identity Theft, but your bank account will be cleaned out  with in the near future. As I have been unemployed for over a year now ... my account is in the red and my credit score is all but a joke. All victims should file a police report with your local department's Economics Crimes Division , the Federal Trade Commission, and your local FBI office [IC3].

  Alert your bank of the incident and take the proper counter-measures to protect yourself. DONT WAIT.... DO IT NOW!

  This person goes by many names and changes business names when the "heated spot light of truth'' is turned up on him/her. Also it should be known that this person is really a woman, living as a man and that this person DOES read this report! Because after my first posting, "Tim Walker" called me and referenced my and the other reports on "him''
 that were posted here [GOOD JOB Rip Off Report].
