After wasting 4 hours emailing each other, Admin at Timber Lodge closed off our communications for the evening with a refusal to have any further communications with me, because they had turned over my account to Monterey Collections for legal action and Admin claimed their contract with the collection agency prohibited any communication with me whatsoever. After 4 hours of never answering my questions and wasting my time and theirs, that was Admin. way of terminating any further contact. If that was really the case, why didn't Admin. defer me to the collection agency at 2:00 PM instead of 6:00PM? I repeatedly gave my phone number to them and pleaded that they would call me, but Admin continued sending emails to me and never called me. I think Admin. is either very shy of has laryngitis. Why else would we spend 4 hours sending emails back and forth, instead of answering one incoming phone call that would have only taken 3 to 5 minutes to answer my questions.
Such bazar behavior raises the hair on the back of my neck and confirms my suspicion that Timber Lodge RV Resort has very poor customer service and poor bookkeeping pracitices. I'm a member now and that is how I am treated. Before I joined in 2007, the sales dept. was very convincing that I would have a wonderful experience as a member of their organization. Since I have joined I have called a numerous times, but always with the same out come. THE ANSWERING MACHINE!!!, AND NEVER A RETURN CALL. What is the point of having a phone if you don't use it?
In conclusion, if you want any communication with Timber Lodge RV Resort and are a member, you can contact them at admin@timberlodgerv.com. Keep the email to just one question and keep it simple. Admin will answer your email and maybe even your question. Admin answered my emails, but never got around to answering even one of my questions and now I have been forbidden having any further communications with the Admin. Why would anyone with common sense subject themselves to such treatment? I am just an idiot and I admit it, otherwise why try to resolve this mess!!!

Our records indicate George and Evafrom Riverside, Utah purchased a membership to our resort. That one of the provisions of the membership is annual payment of dues. That the dues are to be paid July 1st of each year. That the last dues received on this account was on July 7, 2008. That on July 1, 2009 the dues were due. That to date no payment has been received. That on October 7, 2009 the account was turned over for enforced collection efforts. That is our company policy any account over 90 days is placed for enforced collections. That four (4) unanswered statements have been sent begining in June 2009. That we have searched our records for the months of June, July, August and September and were unsuccessful in locating any payment. That should Mr. and Mrs. produce a copy of the canceled check they contend was made we will update the account. That our agreement we maintain with the collection company requires no contact be made with the customer once the account has been placed. That we had an email exchange with Mr. Sundwall in good faith in order to clear up the account. At the present time we find no basis in which to continue any further communication and all future commuication should be directed to the collection company.
