Now we find that the contract actually ties us to a lifetime contract, and that they charged late fees and will turn us over to a collection agency which will ruin our credit if we don't pay. They want $599.00 to let us out of the "Lifetime" contract.
I will do everything I can to expose the "Rip Off" of Coast to Coast and Timber Lodge RV Resorts.

Search TipsThat In November 2012 M/M Gatz contacted our office requesting cancellation of the agreement. That on December 5, 2012 M/M Gatz were provided with several option in which to cancel. That the guaranteed resale and prepayment program options are not provisions of the agreement but were offered in good faith in order to accommodate their request to cancel the agreement.
That additional options were also provided including, but not limited to, advertising the membership on their own using a variety of recommended media methods such as Craigs List, Ebay, RV periodicals and local newspaper classified advertisements or including the membership when selling their recreational vehicle. We provided all the information and methods successfully used by other members in the past. That some of these advertising methods can be done with little or no cost to the member. We question which of these options M/M Gatz have pursued?
That all of these previously provided options remain open to M/M Gatz;or should they wish to provide a reasonable alternative option we would be willing to consider it.
