I am also a member of this "resort". I didn't pay my $99 yearly dues on time and now in mid March I owe $229.00 due to the "late fees". The"resort" is only open from Dec 1st to April 1st. I travel to AZ for the winter and can no longer use the "resort".

I would like to get out of my membership. How can I get in touch with the people in the class action suit?   

I've been there and done that.  I went through the Minneapolis BBB and filed a complaint with the Campresorts/Timberlodge or who ever Mr. Jerde might be as of late.  I finally agreed to pay $200 to get his release from his companies and have been in contact with over 10 people who are banding together to take action as a group instead of an individual who want out of that ridiculous contract.  Have you ever heard of a contract that makes your children pay when you pass away?  Now really.  Even tho I am out of the mess I am an active participant in the group who haven't been as lucky as me.  He took advantage of me, a senior citizen, making his promises over the phone ie: I can sell my membership anytime with his help and there would not be a problem.  Yeah, sure,  I'm sure all of you reading this article are seeing red and breathing fire.  Don't blame you, hang in there and join the group.
