On March 23, 2012 I ordered in good faith a custom hockey NHL jersey display case from Timberland Case. On March 24th my credit card was charged the full amount for the order ($229.95 + 59.97 for shipping = $289.92) The website states "Custom made and made to order! Please allow at least 7-10 business days before we ship!" It is now July 9th and I still have not received the display case!
I have been in communication with Timberland since April 12th via email about this order. They respond with the same lame excuses every time...."all cases are custom made" and "they are a little behind right now". I have seen houses built in the time frame that it takes them to make a 45" x 36" x 4.5" display case!!
On two separate occasions I have demanded a refund from Timberland. On June 26th they sent me a "Refund Notification". Guess what? I'm still waiting for the refund! It looks as if refunds take as long as the fabrication of a display case!
Three weeks is a bit behind...three months is a complete RIPOFF!!!
