 A person from a company called us and said they could sell our time share for us. They ask for money for a title search and deposit for their services which would be refundable at closing. They seemed legite . They had a web site and official address. We sent our money to them and they would come up with excuses when we called them as to why they had not sold our property. The contract was for a year. Now the year is coming to an end and when we tried to call them their phone is disconnected and their web site is gone. They called themselves Time Share Investors of America.The address they used was 20333 State Hwy. 249 Suite 200, Houston, Tx. 77070, another address they gave us was 2800 Post Oak Blvd Suite 4100 Houston, TX. 77056. Their phone number was 832-377-3311, fax 832-436-4220. We have copies of the contract . We did send a Certified letter which was accepted by a person named Rhonda Grubbs.
