Time Share by Owner TSBO deceptive practices and fraud on a Senoir citizen Orlando Florida

Hello Every one,

Do not ever deal with Time Shares By Owner, This company deals in deceptive practices and they do not care how threy get their money. I am an elderly Senoir citizen and was high preasured in to beleiving that time share by owner could either sell or rent my time share. I sent them a letter in the time frame that was stated in their correspondence to me and they do not want to refund the money through my bank.

This company represented theirselves a registered real eastate agents and they could sell my time share for me on the July 4th week end in Daytona Beach,Florida. They stated to me that all wealthy people come to the Daytona races and that  could sell my time share for me.

After the fact when we called to find out about the week end, we kept getting the run around, that so and so would call me back or even that GIGI would call me back. When that did not happen, I became very suspecious of this whole scenerio. 

I sent a letter off to the company advising them to cancell the contract and that I would be contacting my bank card company as such.

Well my bank card company first put the money back in to our account and then took it back asnthe company told them some BS story.

Now I am fighting with my bank to give me back the amount that was given to them. I even sent the bank copies of rip off report so as to enlighten them as to the fraudelant deceptive practices of this company , Time Shares BY Owner.

I writing this so other elderly people or even young people will not have to think twice when they hear of this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

You could possibly loose all your savings and get nothing in return. You will be lining the pockets of their sales people and the company and you will get 0 in return.
