What do you mean by "secure" your phone number?

From what I am understanding:
1) You have Business Class Phone service with Time Warner Cable.
and
2) Theft of your phone service is occuring through people outside your company
Is this correct?
When you state that you need your phone number "secured", what exactly do you mean by that?
Your phone number is assigned to your account and your business. The only way someone can re-route your phone number is by doing some type of "Call Forwarding". What that does is forward calls to another number of *your* choosing. The ONLY one who can do this is *you*. If you have setup a PIN to access this feature, it's possible that someone else knows your PIN.
