Time Warner Cable has been a horrible nightmare for me the company is a scam, I purchased a package for $99.00 for phone, cable, Internet, on 04/01/09 When they got to my home I had to pay upfront over $240.00 to start the service.  My bill started going up immediately I ordered 2 boxes, the horror story begins, I would receive calls from family friends and business, stating that my number is disconnected. I am presently still having this problem. The only way they could call me is from there cell phone. I received about 20 of these calls from with 1 mile from my home. Customer service informs me that I needed to time stamp these calls give them numbers of these people with the complaints, they asked me to do their work, that is the only way that they can fix the problem well this was absolutely ridiculous. I gave them 12 phone numbers and the problem is not fixed yet. On September 9, 2010. I paid 249.00 two weeks later 0n 09/25/09 my cable was shut off at this point I am totally confussed when I called they told me that I need to give them $245.00  I informed them that I am tired of them ripping me off what is going on. They informed me that I have been up to 30 days late, I pay this ripp off company every month their nuts. I paid the $245.00 with the intentions of suing the hell out of them. My bill has been over $224.00 each month for their $99.00 a month service. The higher increse started 04/01/2010 when the service went to over $220.00 without any prior notice. They have also been charging me $4.95 each month since April 2009 for the wireless router service that never worked. On 9/28/10 the tec people came to my home and found many problems as to why my service never worked they where at my home for almost 3 hours to correct the problems. Each time they come out they would blame the last cable person that came out for all problems. I informed them that I am going to file a class action suite against them. I called today 10/6/2010 and the recording is saying that I owe $245.00 again. I spoke with a couple of reps today regarding the $4.95 over charge, each was rude about giving me credit for $4.95 charge that I have been also paying. They told me that they could only go back two months credit, how could they be so stupid to think that I am not going to seek damages for the over charges. I am truly disappointed with Time Warner I left Verizon because they started hiking up my bill also. I was pleased I thought to pay $99.00 a month I need help with this mess.
