Time Warner Cable Time Life Magazine, A&E channel Charged Debit after cancel service Los Angeles, California

On May 2nd 2012 I canceled my cable services from Time Warner Cable but not my internet. On May 09th the time of month they would take money off my debit card  I returned Cable boxes and all wires Yet I paid that day $39.99 for internet which I needed to keep so my common law can look for work. I told them I can no longer afford it. They had put a hold on my debit card for the bill and that included for the internet which I already paid at office cause I put a hold on the same money they put a hold so they could not get it.

Because as of now I owed them nothing cause when I first got cable 20 years ago I paid for it in advance before the cable was put on. I reported them to the BBB because I called them and asked them since i already paid the internet and canceled my cable I should owe them nothing. They called me may 23th and told me everything was fine I owed them nothing and I would be credited $50.

that means my bank let them take money out of my account after I told them not to even though that $137 was on hold. Then on the May 24th I received a bill saying they took the $137. and $177  off my debit card and that I still owe them $97.56 even if I owed them which I do not why would they bill me $412.65 when my total bill was only $137 a month? Also my bank is at fault when I told them not to let them take money off my account cause I closed  my account with them. 

The money they took off my account was for my mortgage. My son and I and my common-law live on $1,700 a month for disability and my common law has no income at all since he was laid off 4 years ago he can not get a job cause he is 59 to close for retirement they will not hire him. I needed the internet so he can find work. My son is a agoraphobic and if we lose the house we will be on the street. Do you know how hard it will be for him when he gets panic attacks?

As it is now some days we do not eat because after bills we have very little left. Time Warner knows this yet they still took money off my account that I did not owe them and my bank let them without my permission. My common-law is a diabetic and it is hard  for him he could go into coma if he does not eat.How could Time Warner be so heartless? How could my bank let them take that money after I told them not to?
