Time Warner Cable My deposit is owed to me. I returned equipment on 9/7/12. Still not here. Get run around when I call Ventura, California

They claim it was mailed to the wrong address.
I gave them the correct address so I do not know why they sent to address they did.
Now, after 5 weeks of mailing because they have to cancel the check and re-issue a new one they say I have to wait 27 business days. What kind of service is that?
