Worked for Time Line for over 6 months and have personally witnessed them refuse to pay employees thousands of dollars! If employees attempted to quit, they would refuse to pay them any of the money owed, and since pay period was every two weeks the pay checks were rather large. This is how they kept people in bondage, it was a form of extortion. 
They recently lost major account and so at least 30 drivers were let go. None of the many drivers I have spoken to received there pay. Also they were involved in a leasing program in which deductions were made from the employees and never paid to the leaser, therefore leaving the driver with a balance owed to leaser. The driver pays, but still owes. This is nothing more than theft!
All drivers and warehouse workers are currently in the process of filing former complaints and we are desiring to take legal action.
