Same type of business and website. The first contract had no signatures from their company. When questioned about this, got an "oh, we must have overlooked that" answer. I never signed the contract and per my attorney, these are the typical scams that run the timeshare gammit. Do not be fooled. I send a fax, since they could never supply an email address, and included pages from the RipOff report site on the different complaints. They were advised to make no further contact or harassment charges would be filed. I too, am in the process of complaining to the Atty. General of Texas. These people should be ashamed of taking hard working people literally to the bank and producing no service in return.
