About 5 mo. ago we were contacted by a Jennifer Olsen offering to list our timeshare thru time shares by owner. We weren't sure if it was the right move for us but once realizing how persistent she was in signing us we decided to go with them thinking they would use the same drive in renting out our timeshare. She told us she would be the only contact we would need she would handle everything all we had to do was approve the price that the customer wanted and book the trip. nice right? not so much. About 6 weeks in we still haven't heard anything from anyone at timeshares by owner. Being concerned we just put $500 into this and noticing on our own that our timeshare was listed incorrectly we started calling. After about 3 weeks of ONLY talking to secretary's Kevin White called us back. Telling us he was sorry for the listing being wrong but he would fix it but thought it would be a good idea to lower our price, we requested a verification via e-mail and never received it. After all that one of there sales people had the nerve to try and call us to sign up again. Now we are trying to get our money refunded. Kevin through e-mail has been very rude and non-negotiable on any of this. We paid $500 for what... nothing. This company is a joke, they mine as well broke into our home and stole the money.
