We are victims of Timeshares Only. We were told that the company would sell our timeshare within 2-6 months. We also paid $400.00 to have our property 'listed' and resold. The company claimed that they would zealously market our property. Since I paid, I have not heard from anyone regarding any offers at all. I called and lowered our asking price to one half; I also lowered my rental considerably I think to $1000.00. I can't find our property without at least an hour of searching. I beleive The company falsely advertised its product and services and does not fully disclose its policies, terms or conditions. All they do is lighten your pocket and you have no recourse. They make it sound so easy to sell and that they are the ones that can do it.
Out of all the timeshare re-sale Co. out there are they all scams? If anyone has any information please post, or E-mail me.
If anyone has any information CIVIL OR CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS, involving Timeshares Only, please post it.
Thanks.

Timeshare Resale Scams

We listed our vacation club membership with them in 2012. They said that the membership was in high demand and that it would be no problem getting it sold. I have contacted them a couple of times. They told tell me: "We will call you when we get an offer. So far, there has been no interest." The truth is, they take your money ($548.00), post an ad to their website, and you never hear from them again. It's a scam! I'm trying to get my money back now, I recommend you to read this articles on how to do so: http://www.timesharescam.com/
